Yahya, a Bahraini national, has lived in the UAE for most of his life. His love of horses and the proven benefits of horse interaction led him to set up Al Marmoom Initiative. Yahya’s commitment to the development of adults and children with Special needs, now helps many individuals further their physical and emotional development throughout the UAE.

Akram our instructor from India, he has more than 10 years’ experience teaching in UAE. At the same time, he is a good horse trainer and has good horsemanship knowledge. He has a good feeling of his students and trying to rich maximum results with them.

​Yana is from the Ukraine and has more than 20 years’ experience in the equestrian field throughout the world.  She has expertise in teaching, horse training and stable management. Yana has been residing in the UAE since 2012 and has been running Al Marmoom Initiative since its launch in 2015.

Both our grooms Bhom Singh and Hasan are highly experienced horsemen, born in Rajasthan, India. They have worked at the riding schools and private stables for more than 10 years. Bhom Singh and Hasan are passionate about horses and put the health and wellbeing of our horses as top priority.

Pamela Haidat is a partner in a prominent law firm in the UAE and a registered solicitor in the UK.  Her family have been breeding horses in Ireland for 15 years.  Pam is an experienced and passionate rider and has been riding since the age of 4.  Pam and her four children regularly help at the stables and she has been actively involved in the set up of Al Marmoom Initiative.
