Yahya, a Bahraini national, has lived in the UAE for most of his life. His love of horses and the proven benefits of horse interaction led him to set up Al Marmoom Initiative. Yahya’s commitment to the development of adults and children with Special needs, now helps many individuals further their physical and emotional development throughout the UAE.

Akram our instructor from India, he has more than 10 years’ experience teaching in UAE. At the same time, he is a good horse trainer and has good horsemanship knowledge. He has a good feeling of his students and trying to rich maximum results with them.

Balal joined Al Marmoom Initiative in 2022 after gaining experience in the UAE’s agricultural sector. With a natural talent for nurturing plants, he has a unique ability to make anything he touches thrive. His dedication and expertise ensure the greenhouse remains a flourishing space for learning and sustainable growth.

mran is our skilled technician with over 10 years of experience in the UAE. He joined Al Marmoom Initiative in 2024 and has already become an irreplaceable part of our team. His expertise and dedication ensure that everything runs smoothly, making a valuable impact on our daily operations.

​Yana is from the Ukraine and has more than 20 years’ experience in the equestrian field throughout the world.  She has expertise in teaching, horse training and stable management. Yana has been residing in the UAE since 2012 and has been running Al Marmoom Initiative since its launch in 2015.

Both our grooms Bhom Singh and Hasan are highly experienced horsemen, born in Rajasthan, India. They have worked at the riding schools and private stables for more than 10 years. Bhom Singh and Hasan are passionate about horses and put the health and wellbeing of our horses as top priority.

Wahid Ali, Liton, and Atta Ullah are dedicated members of our greenhouse team, bringing passion and hard work to Al Marmoom Initiative. With their expertise in plant care and greenhouse maintenance, they ensure that our plants thrive in the best conditions. Their commitment to nurturing greenery plays a vital role in our mission, helping to create a sustainable and flourishing environment for our community. 

Pamela Haidat is a partner in a prominent law firm in the UAE and a registered solicitor in the UK.  Her family have been breeding horses in Ireland for 15 years.  Pam is an experienced and passionate rider and has been riding since the age of 4.  Pam and her four children regularly help at the stables and she has been actively involved in the set up of Al Marmoom Initiative.

With over 30 years of experience, including 24 in the Middle East, Bhaskar specializes in Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA), hydroponics, and vertical farming. He guides sustainable, efficient farming at Al Marmoom.

Hussain is our dedicated gardener at Al Marmoom Initiative. He takes great care of our grass, trees, and green spaces, ensuring everything stays healthy and well-maintained. His hard work also keeps the stable clean and organized, creating a safe and welcoming environment for our horses and visitors.
